If your package is returned, you will need to pay an additional €10 shipping fee to resend it.

HOW DOES OUR RESEND POLICY WORK?

If you encounter any of the following conditions, after confirming, we’ll promptly resend a new package to you:

1.SIZE PROBLEM

If the items you received don’t fit as expected, simply provide us with pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay $10 postage for resending, and we’ll arrange a new shipment for you.

2. DELAY IN SHIPMENT

1) If the declared shipment time is under or equal to 30 days, and it has been over 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us. We’ll promtly resend the package to you free of charge.

2) If the declared shipment time exceeds 30 days, and it has been over 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we’ll resend the package to you at no additional cost.

3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST

In the unfortunate event of a package being lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirming, and make sure you get it.

Usually every shipping less than 15 shirts or 3kg,over 15 shirts or 3kg we will add one more shipping.

Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship a new jersey for free.

1. Veel details op de shirts en shorts zijn Hot-Transfer bedrukt. We raden je aan om ze met de hand te wassen, omdat machinewas de bedrukking zal beschadigen. Als je een machine gebruikt om te wassen, draai de shirts dan binnenstebuiten.

2. Schrob het bedrukte of gestempelde gedeelte niet te hard en stel de shirts niet te lang bloot aan de zon. Als je het shirt niet draagt, hang het dan op.

*Don’t put jerseys in the dryer. Turn them inside out and hang them dry.

3.Als de bedrukking begint af te bladderen, leg het shirt dan plat neer, bedek de letters en cijfers met schoon, antikleef plastic papier of een sjabloon en strijk het 7-8 seconden op 150°C. Als dit niet werkt, strijk het dan nogmaals.
